Handcrafted Variations
As most of our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in design, finish, or detailing may occur. These natural differences are not defects but rather a reflection of the uniqueness and artisanal value of each product.
Damage & Repair Policy
Appu G does not accept claims for broken pieces, damaged items, or loose stones once the products have been dispatched from our headquarters, as such issues may arise during transit. However, we are happy to assist customers with repair services, which will be chargeable and handled at the customer’s expense.
Transit Responsibility
While we take utmost care in packaging every order, we request customers to inspect their parcels immediately upon delivery. Any transit-related damage, discrepancy, or issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with proper proof, to enable us to review the concern.
Pricing Finality
Once an order is confirmed and billed, all prices are considered final. We request customers to refrain from raising negotiations or revisions after billing, as all costs are calculated in advance with due consideration.

We strive to ensure timely dispatch of all orders. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on factors such as order volume, customization requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that any delays will be communicated proactively.
