We strive to dispatch all orders efficiently, ensuring a smooth delivery experience. While timelines may vary based on location and logistics, we aim to process and ship all parcels promptly.

Return Request Window

Customers are requested to raise any concerns, issues, or return requests within 7 days of receiving the parcel. This allows us to assess and address the matter effectively within a reasonable timeframe.

Return Shipping Responsibility

All return shipments initiated from the customer’s end must be arranged and paid for by the client. Appu G does not cover return shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Return Policy Limitation

Please note that returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period may not be processed, as it becomes operationally challenging to verify and manage such cases
